What is ID Check?: ID check is a badge that helps increase trust among members of our community. By confirming some info about your identity, you’ll earn a badge for your profile that shows you’re really you. If you haven't already completed ID Check, Instant Pay will take you through the process. It may take up to 48 hours to get approved.
How do I use Instant Pay?: You can use Instant Pay for up to per month, once per day. All that’s required is a flat fee per cash-out. It can take up to 30 minutes to see that balance in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.
When do I get my direct deposit?: Direct deposits requested by 11:59:59 (PT) will be processed the next business day. Once your direct deposit request has been processed, it typically takes 5 business days for the funds to appear in your checking account.
