I am receiving notifications that my email is invalid

Having a valid email that you check frequently is important because your shipping labels and purchase receipts are sent to your address on file.

If you aren’t receiving our emails, check to make sure that the email address is associated with your account is correct by accessing the edit account page by tapping here.

You can change or re-confirm your email address on file by deleting the address in the Email section and re-adding it or inputting a new one and then tapping Update. We’ll send a confirmation email to your new address, just tap the link in the email to complete the process.

You may also want to check your spam folder. If you find our emails in there, be sure to mark them as “not spam.”
