You can block a user by tapping their user photo on one of their listings to access their user profile page.

On the profile page, tap the three dot icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Then tap “Block User” from the pop-up list.

If you want to unblock a user, tap the three dot icon again and tap “Unblock User.”
