You can ship to a PO Box for any mail classes via USPS. The FedEx and UPS options do not allow for delivery to PO Boxes.

For return labels, sellers are responsible for updating their return address. Mercari is not responsible for undeliverable returns.

If FedEx and/or UPS is your only option and you don’t have an alternate address, or if USPS isn’t available in your area, ask the seller if they can relist the item with the “ship on your own” option. Then direct them to one of your local carriers.

Note: A tracking number is still required even when shipping on your own.

You could also ask your local Post Office if you can use a PO Box Street Address to receive FedEx deliveries.

Update your shipping address at any time by going to Settings > My Address.
