Conduct that may be harmful to the marketplace (Prohibited Conduct) includes asking for other customers’ contact information (unless coordinating a Mercari Meetup Beta transaction in eligible zip codes) . To keep the marketplace safe for everyone, account privileges may be suspended or revoked for serious or repeat violations.
