Designed by Sylvia New York. Probably from around the 1930's or 40's. 100% wool felt. I would call the color forest green.  Made in USA. It is covered in large antiqued silver studs and with scattered prong set rhinestones. No size tag but it measures 21" around the inside band. Very nice condition. There are a couple tiny pin point spots of damage to the felt. You have to look close to find. There is some light soiling along the wool just under the front part of the interior band. I ship same or next business day.
