It has been tested, and does play games, however the picture is not as sharp as I would expect it to be, so it may need some service (see above image)
The bottom rf shield is missing, and the top one has been temporairly fastened to the board. 
The power/AV cable was replaced with coaxial as that was what was immediately available. You will need a coaxial to RF adapter for it to work.
