Very cool piece of history. Back in the day (1920's) when salesmen went door to door selling items of interest to the ladies of the home. In this case, cedar chests to hold their daughters dowry items. Fast forward, this vintage Sturdi salesmen sample cedar box is perfect for your storage needs! Lovely brass button rivets at the top & front of the box. The corners have brass reinforcements. This is an early design issued while the patent was still being processed. Tiny key in bottom. Lock mechanism no longer functions. These door-to-door salesmen examples were produced by Francis F. Hamilton Co. in Indianapolis, Indiana.   Cedar chest is in wonderful vintage condition with little wear and tear. A wonderful piece of Americana. Approximate measurements: 9 1/2” wide x 5” deep x 3 3/4 high.

Great and truly sturdy pet carrier. This is the XL size bag, refer to pictures to compare sizes. 

Only issue with it is that some of the removable plastic rods themselves are broken, nothing wrong with the carrier bag. I am sure these rods are replaceable. Refer to picture with red arrows to know where the rods go. Also you can see the plastic rods in the bag in the last pic.
