This mule needs some TLC.  All the parts are there and in good condition, no chips or cracks.  Needs to have the strings restrung and a tail hung and it will be ready to restore or enjoy in its vintage condition.  

Schoenhut dolls were wooden dolls produced by the Schoenhut Piano Company between 1903 and 1935. The company, founded by woodworker Albert Schoenhut, initially made toy pianos. They began to produce figurines in the early 1900s, including wooden circus-themed sets and animals.

The company introduced the Schoenhut Art Doll in 1911, a spring-jointed doll made entirely of wood. It was the first doll in the world able to be manipulated and posed.[a] The company ceased making dolls after its bankruptcy in 1935.  Source:  Wikipedia

There is some reflection on the photos as this print is new, never mounted and still in its protective clear wrap.

Earthenware Tile hand painted a replica of Van Gogh's "Sunflowers".

Sure to brighten up any room.  Complete with felt backing and wall hanging cleat.  

The name on this is 'Vincent' after Vincent Van Gogh, and it depicts a copy of the famous 'Sunflower' painting, which at one time held the world record for the expensive auctioned painting in the world. This is a modern tile made in the last ten to fifteen years or so. 

Great shape, no chips or cracks.  Appraised by Barneby's.

Pottery marked with the USA mark was made in California although there were many manufacturers which used this mark rendering it almost impossible to determine the actual maker.  Between 1914 and 1918 many companies thought it patriotic to use "USA" on their products.  Around the early 1940s, the US Government passed a law requiring all imported goods to be marked with their country of origin.  All unmarked pottery was then thought to be made here. Other US companies continued to use the USA mark, some only occasionally.  McCoy and Shawnee were the two companies who used the USA mark the most.
