This is a unique lot of 6 handcrafted prayer quilts. The quilts are handmade in the United States using the patchwork technique. They are made of cotton material and feature a multicolor design. Each quilt is a one-of-a-kind piece that carries a special meaning and significance for prayer.

Quilter’s Clip Cushions (stuffed with crushed walnut shells and a bit of poly-fil) are handy for keeping your cuttings organized when piecing a block together, as well as for helping to keep the rows in order when assembling your quilt.  The clips sit on fabric tabs that can freely move forward or backwards for easy access and keeps them organized when not in use.  It also works great as a pin cushion. This quilt is truly beautiful! It appears to be a machine stitched in some places with hand finishing, and the quilting itself looks three dimensional. It fits a twin bed and the golden ruffles draped down to the floor on three sides. It is like new with no stains or holes and so so very sweet!

This was an awesome estate sale find. The tweety bird is a cotton batik panel surrounded and backed with coordinating royal blue cotton/poly blend fabric. There is some piling on the cotton/poly blend fabric. Also, there is some dye transfer on the lighter portions of the batik fabric. It machine quilted around the characters and some stitches are broken. The back is solid royal in the picture its black. I did that in black and white so you could see the stitches.
