What if my buyer doesn't send the item back?

The buyer has 3 business days to send the item back to you once the return has been approved.

We’re here for you. If the tracking doesn’t indicate “In Transit” or “Delivered” within a week, we’ll release the funds to you.

We suggest reaching out to the buyer. If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, contact us using the form below. We’re happy to help.
