Mercari may complete the transaction:
- If a return has been approved but the item is not scanned by the shipping carrier within 3 days of approving the return.
- If the issued shipping label is not used to return the item.
To avoid a transaction being completed while a return is in progress:
- Use only the issued shipping label when returning the item.
- If you do not receive an email with your return label within 24 hours of your return request approval, please contact us.
Drop off the package at the correct shipping carrier, which can be the post office, FedEx Office, or a FedEx Authorized Ship Center. This way your package can be immediately scanned and you can obtain a receipt
