My item was delivered. Why can't I request a return?

If the tracking hasn’t updated to indicate the package has been delivered but you’ve received your item(s), reach out to us. We’d be happy to help resolve the issue.

To support your claim, let us know why you’re returning the item. You’ll also need to provide 4 clear, detailed pics of the front, back, and sides of the item as well as the packaging and any other items shipped in the package.

Refunds may be issued to the original form of payment.
