The laptop screen hinges were loose so they immediately said they would send a new one with an Apple mouse and upgraded bezel. Great customer service!

Mercari kept the laptop from shipping for about a week so there was a lot of questions I was asking. The seller answered these questions. The shipping label says next day air on it but it took over a week again not the sellers fault. The laptop is in great condition. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Will be looking online for a website for them though.
