Cap is extremely small. I normallywear a small-medium cap but this one was possibly made to fit a doll's head. There's a band attached so that'sa plus. If combs were attached to the back ofthe wig then it would possiblyhelp secure it better on the head being that the cap is so small. Overall it's a beautifully constructed wig, the hair is soft and the curls held up through packaging and shipping and it contained lots of goodies. I will most likely continue purchasing from this Seller❤
