This is a really neat Kobe Bryant figure from the NBA jams court collection by Mattel 1998-99 series. It's new in box, and the box is in pretty good condition for being as old as it is. It's all intact, and pretty clean, one minor blemish though, there's one area that has a bit of a crease/ rip on paper layer( not a all the way through thankfully.) **see the last picture for a reference it's not too bad. Overall I would say this is in good condition for its age there is a price tag stuck to the bottom that I have not tried to take off.
