Description
This was purchased at an estate sale a while back just because it was cute and nifty. It is an original piece of Royal Doulton Lambeth pottery made exclusively for the department store James Shoolbred & Co. It is incredibly detailed and in excellent condition. The company's and artist's marks are carved and stamped on the bottom. There was also a note inside- see the picture- which seems to date it at 1938. It is 3" high.
