Item had some dirt smudges on it and it’s original packaging was folded and bent so it could fit in the plastic bag seller shipped the toy in. We just wish it arrived in a box and wasn’t folded. We cleaned item upon delivery and it is fine. Our son will be happy to receive this for his birthday as he is a big Toy Story fan! Thanks to the seller our collection is now complete.

5 stars cuz I really believe we are all trying our best as sellers on mercari, but please take note of constructive criticism....I was pretty annoyed that after I had already told the seller (and my mercari profile shows) that I am a pretty quick rater, she requested me to do so again. I think it’s tacky to continuously ask about status....We all would appreciate super quick ratings.. still gna 5 stars, but shoes do not appear “brand new”....there are several scuffs, that might just be from storage or shipping but still would have liked to know before committing to purchase.
