It is signed by Thom, on the back, as shown, and has been hand highlighted by one of his Master Highlighters at the time. I was there when it was done. It retails for almost $1,400 on their website. I've had it for several years, but it is in FINE shape. In fact, the only blemish, if you will, is on the frame in the bottom right side. Absolutely MINOR!!
