The books were bent from shipment because they were packaged in a thin, one layered plastic mailer. Also, there is something sticky like syrup on the covers of several books. It’s gross, but I was able to wipe it off with water without damaging the books.

Packaging material was thin and the package themselves was heavy so it got shredded open in multiple places and could have been a lot worse. Thankfully the items only received a couple bruises from the trip. Everything was great otherwise, great communication and friendly but the packaging definitely needs to be better. Thank you !!
