Vintage, Rare Retired Howard Miller "Buckingham Restaurant & Hotel Quartz Wall Clock Model #620-323 Excellent Condition Clock 13"Diameter 18.5"H w/ Pendulum I did a search and this is the only one. The design is a timeless, rustic & distressed style. The back features a few fun paragraphs about the history of Buckingham Restaurant & Hotel. Neat Stuff! And it is a Howard Miller Clock. As stated, retired and d rare. The clock works well and keeps accurate time. The pendulum assembly had a small plastic piece chip off. The pendulum CAN be made to swing as it should. I just do not have time to re-engineer it. I guarantee it can be made to swing again. This is the ONLY thing that is wrong. Nonetheless, a gorgeous, one of a kind, fun design!
