Packaging was a little rough, everything got jostled around pretty bad during shipping, a lot of the pieces were loose and flying around the box. The only packing material was a bit of bubble wrap laid out on top, it wasn’t wrapped around the box of models at all. But everything was still intact and together.

The communication was great even though due to the COVID 19 pandemic mail was slow but the package arrived to my mailbox and opened it and it was in excellent condition. Thanks again will do business again.

Excellent shopping experience! Was having trouble with buying the same album from another seller who wouldn't ship the album or respond to my messages. Ordered this one thinking I could easily cancel the first order, but had to follow Mercari's 10 day cancellation policy. Seller was very understanding and was willing to cancel this order if the first one worked out (it didn't). Item was just as described and was shipped very quickly in sturdy cardboard packaging.
