Item arrived quickly and so far appears to work as expected. It could have been packaged better as there were multiple pieces floating around in the box and one broke. Some of the items needed cleaning before use, but the important parts are in good working order.

The product didn't have everything as described, however, she was straight forward and honest with me when she realized when there was one thing missing. She said I could decide against the purchase being it wasn't all there, but it wasn't a huge concern. She was very friendly and upfront. Product shipped the next day, but it took a while because postal service is busy.
