Item looks new and wrapped with unbroken cellophane, but when I looked up the serial number it said, “We’re sorry, but this is a serial number for a product that has been replaced. ...” I haven’t tested them yet, so hopefully they aren’t the malfunctioned kind... Buyer beware. Other than that, faster shipper and quick response.
