Somewhat understanding but not much I had missed 1 rhinestone off of purse I sold her I overlooked that one thing she had asked if purse was damaged to me damage ment rips, tears holes I was so concerned with looking those things that I missed where one rhinestone was missing, I contacted mercari because I had missed noticing the one missing rhinestone and I offered buyer a return but mentioned she would have to do it through mecari buyer did not do return and kept purse instead. I did notice that even with this buyer she herself overlooked things when she sold them there was an issue with a hat she had with buyer the hat was written as new and it was not new so mistakes happen so when speaking with people we all need to remember that and look at our own feedback errors before speaking to others.
