Brand new with tags black and gold headband. The headband has gold leaves on it and a black stretchy part to get it on your head. It is the brand Candies from Kohl’s. It could be worn as a headband or a necklace and it would be perfect for the holidays! It is in perfect condition since it’s bnwt.
