The buying and shipping process was very easy and reliable. These sweatshirts run really small. I bought a size M 8-10 for my daughter who usually wears a size S. She could barely get it on, and it did not fit comfortably. Not sure what to say as far as sizes, like if you wear a small, buy a large? Not sure if these sizes are for children, but they're definitely not for young women. Will just be regifting, eventually.
