Great communication and fast shipping! The only thing that could have been better was that the original insoles of the shoes had been replaced with a regular foam insole, which was not disclosed in the listing. Seller did tell me in our original conversation that the shoes were not personally worn by them (the seller), so they may have been unaware that the insoles were replaced. Otherwise, I’m thrilled with this bargain purchase!
