Note on the inside front page as well as a name on the corner of the page afterwards. Some pages have discoloration spots and staining, but it doesn't effect legibility and isn't too bad at all. The spine seems a little fragile, with spots where the spine is starting to come up. No rips or tears in the spine, though.
