The item was broken in the mail, it could have been packaged better with some bubble wrap, but the mail is more the one to blame for probably not being careful with it. The seller was friendly and shipped on time and truthful with the original description. Nothing some super strong glue won't fix, I suppose...I still love my gates. Thanks.
