Shipping was very fast. I received my Bunny Kisses mug w/ Topper and the Topper’s left bunny ear was broken and fell out of bubble wrap before I even got it unwrapped. Packaging could have been better. Bubble wrap was thin and not layered enough and air pillow was popped leaving the bottom of box not really protected very much. The Bunny ears are thin and sensitive in their shape and should be protected better. I am keeping since I have a spare topper at home already. Little bit disappointed.
