Seller is nice but isn't super responsive. Item wasn't what I thought it was - the photos depicted something different than the title - so that was confusing. When I got the package out of the mailbox, it smelled heavily of fragrance. When I opened the box, there was a perfumed sachet in the box, which is a nice thought, but I don't want my product to smell strongly of fragrance. And then I realized why it was in there - to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. SO while the seller was nice and gave me a good deal, if you're buying something as a gift for someone - especially if it's an item that has fibers like clothing or something, keep in mind that it's not going to smell new. My item straight up smells like cigarette smoke and fragrance beads.

Box was opened when I received it I'm sure it not your fault it was fed ex or whom ever delivered it but it was pretty bad the boots are in great shape though thank you
