Responsive seller - asked to verify fit of shoes before purchase and when received unfortunately shoes purchased were not true to size. (I’m an 11, have been since I was 15, and they don’t even zip shut on one pair, other is so tight I can’t wear socks or walk) Does not accept returns. Bummed because shoes were for holiday photos and now I don’t have any. Rated 5 stars because shipping was fast, she was responsive, and she was nice.
