Unopened. All Pokémon Cards have slight Imperfections & Flaws that are Made During the Printing Process…that’s what makes Each Card Unique! In Order to Obtain a Perfect 'mint' card, One Would Need to have it graded. My cards are ungraded and near mint and I cannot guarantee they are perfectly centered or without manufacturer defect.
