Charger IS included (blue) Accessory’s shown are included Sphero User Guide Included I know there isn’t a Sphero app anymore. It was discontinued. I believe you can use coding app EDU? ***If you’re looking for a Sphero Mini, I’m going to figure you know what you can & can’t do with it. I charged it until it was a solid blue and then it powered down after I unplugged it & but the shell back on. I can’t guarantee anything beyond that/don’t know much else about it. (How to use it/connect to/what it’s comparable with). These were $50 and no longer available. My son used this once and it’s been in his closet ever since.
