Description
Vintage Sort of Cute / Ugly Christmas Sweater from Berek. I call this beauty "Portraits of Santa". Pictures of Santa are appliqued, embroidered and beaded on front and back. Also, mysterious gift tags baring the names of the famous reindeer are distributed throughout. The best part is that it is a breathable ramie (similar to linen) and cotton knit with chenille trim. Knit stretches. This is a substantial and well made cardigan. Oversized. Button front, long sleeves, longer length. Red with multicolor accents. Condition: In great vintage condition. Brand tag is upside down as Berek did that for a couple of years with their "less serious" sweaters. Care: Hand wash Size L Approximate measurements (taken flat, 1" tolerance): Underarm-to-underarm across back: 21" Sleeve: 25" Back length from top of shoulder: 25"

Regrettably this doesn’t fit either even though marked xxl ~ I usually can wear anything from medium (snug) to xxl (wear something underneath) in this brand. Perhaps not washed to label instructions and shrunk. An expensive lesson. The slip fit ~ actually swimming in it. Bummer.

Regrettably the item will sit in my closet as it’s too small even though mark x-large. Perhaps it was not washed per label instructions and shrunk - as I am a size 10 and had hoped to be able to wear over a turtle neck or shirt. No such luck ~ also would have prefer combined shipping as well for both pieces to be shipped together but understand that’s a fault of Mercari.
