Playstation 1/ ps1/ 1995 original game of horror. The box is in great shape. It is missing the instruction booklet but has the inner sleeve.. Artwork is not faded. The disk is in good shape. It does show does show some minor scratches that are hard to see. Works perfect. A rare classic at its beginning.
