Apologize for FedEx late delivery. I do believe I communicated the problem immediately to them on 02/22/2020 as soon as I found out that FedEx went to the wrong place. I have been using FedEx only from this app. Will not be using again. Called FedEx on 21st then 22nd when I got home. Customer Service is lacking due to technology and will only get worse due to non-human communication. But the Customer is always right.
