It's a brand new Xbox. The only thing I did was create my account on it but when I found out I couldn't download a certain Backwards Compatible game I didn't need it anymore. All the storage is still available, restarted it, no damage at all to it and it'll be sent with the box it came with and everything. I just got it last week and I bought a new one for the disc so just need to get rid of this one. The platform is incorrect, I just have no idea what it is and I had to pick one sorry
