The packaging for the briefcase was damaged to the point where the seller had to use duct tape to cover all of the ripped openings on it. And even though the parcel was lined with bubble wrap on the inside, it clearly wasn't enough to properly keep the briefcase itself secure. Thankfully the only damage I saw was a bit of silver from the handle permanently marking the top from hitting it throughout the shipment. I feel like if an additional layer or two of bubble wrap was added, or if it was sent in a sturdy package, then it'll easily be able to endure whatever comes at it

Excellent to do business with. I wanted to open it anyway so it doesn't bother me, but the item was shipped in a bubble mailer and the plastic on the item separated from the card during shipping. Seller shipped quickly.
