Captain underpants did have something on his nose that won't come off. Originally when I had looked at the picture I thought the dirt was just on the outer packaging but realized upon arrival it wasn't the case. Im not upset and purchased this for my 3yr old son anyway sonim sure he'll get more things on it. I just would have liked to know beforehand. The shipment did come on time and my order was processed very quickly. If this seller has anything of my interest for sale in the future I will continue to do business.
