the republic of plato does have some writing on the outer edge but no writing inside, and then aristotle’s politics does have staining because something had spilt in my backpack, pages aren’t stuck together or anything though they’re just stained on border of that area of pages

I picked it up at the liquidation store, it says NEW on the label on the back. It is is great condition after the journey it had, although the cover wrapper has some minor little tears. Without the cover, it looks like a new book.
