Black turtleneck bodysuit from the 70s with sheer balloon sleeves. It zips up the back and snaps at the crotch. The bodice fabric is very stretchy.

Size - If you'd like it to be fitted I think this would be best for a modern Medium/Large but please check measurements to ensure fit. It could probably fit a variety of sizes because it's so stretchy.
