Rare Vintage Betty Crocker 1st Edition 2nd printing cook book 1950s

Cookbook is in fair condition. Front cover has some damage at the top of front cover. Spine is starting to separate from the front cover. First page in the cookbook has separated from the binding rings. Book looks like the pages got wet at some point, but they are still able to be read and turned. No pages are stuck together. There is no writing on the pages. Book definitely has that vintage look. When I picked this book up, I found 3 recipes inside. They are included with the book. Please look at pictures and message any questions before purchasing. We are a smoke free home.

Binding seems a little loose, however, all pages are intact

Here's a unique 5-ring binder 1950 Betty Crocker Picture Cookbook. Not only is it a 1st Edition 7th Printing, this has the original dust jacket PLUS a rare plastic cookbook protector. I have not removed the protector but lifted the edge to see it is the traditional red & white clothbound book.

It seems to have been hardly used & is in fabulous shape. Didn't look at every page but didn’t see cooking/spatter marks or writing. The Eggs Tab is creased-Photo 9-and Soups tab corner is bent. On page 1, the photo on the other side has slightly bled thru-Photo 4-and the last page-Photo 10-is loose from binder.  
Spine seems solid-Photos 3, 5, 6. Note only slight wear on edges plus discoloration on tabs due to age. Dust jacket has a bit of wear on the edges where the plastic protector did not cover it.  I did not remove dust jacket or protector so can’t vouch for cover’s condition. It measures 10.25" x 8.25" x 2.25".
The 464 pages are filled with tips & 2,161 delicious, well-tested recipes!
