Framed Disney Puzzle

An extremely Rare one of a kind piece of Disney Memoribilia! I have scoured the internet looking for any details on this and another piece I have listed and cannot find any more details. If you have any info on it please message me!

It appears to be Faux Fur designed in the fashion to look like Jock from Lady and the Tramp. The artwork is definitely old and from what I can tell is from the 1950s and could have been a promotional piece that came out with the movie

The painting is 10inches long by 8 inches tall and 1.5 inch wide!
