Blue neon light around rim with Chrome style plastic edging. 14.5 Inches total diameter, clock face is 10.5 inches. Clock takes 1 double A battery (not included) and neon light requires DC electrical plug (is included). There are some minor scratches and signs of wear. as this is a vintage home decor item. Flaws are pictured, but not noticeable when clock is hanging on the wall and in use.
