Postcard included. Poker base seemed to not ever been used. Fluffy base was cleaned before put back into its original packaging. All parts are included. 
Preowned. 2nd hand. I only seen very few shiny lines on the figure that's visible under certain lighting on her back and bottom, but besides that everything looks pretty good. She is known to come her her heart on her heels breaking off during transit (happened to a few that had pre-ordered her back then), so I'll ship her with support for her heels to avoid breaking. Overall, figure looks great.

Note: Base is underneath a cardboard that's in the box.
