If you’re not logged in and need to reset your password:

1. Please tap on Reset Password below then enter the email address you used to register with Mercari, then tap Send an email.
2. We’ll send you an email with “Reset your Mercari password” in the subject line.
3. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
4. Once you’ve reset your password, log in using your email address and new password by going to Mercari > Log in.
