When will my direct deposit be processed?

Direct deposit requests are processed on the following business day. However, it can take up to 5 days for funds to appear in your checking account.

To see if a direct deposit request has been processed, go to your profile page > Settings > Balance, and tap “Deposit history”. If it was already processed, the status will say DIRECT DEPOSIT PROCESSED and a line item will show the precise date and time.

Once a direct deposit is processed, you’ll also receive an email confirmation.

If you haven't received your direct deposit, please check that your bank account information is correct. If the bank information is wrong, please contact Customer support immediately.

Note: Direct deposits are not processed on banking holidays or holidays recognized by Mercari.
