You can set up PayPal during checkout, or at any time under Settings.

During checkout:

1. Tap “Card & Billing” then “Connect with PayPal”
2. Enter your PayPal account information
3. Agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service
4. Proceed with checkout

Under Settings:

1. Go to Settings > My Payments
2. Tap “Connect with PayPal”
3. Enter your PayPal account information
4. Agree to PayPal’s Terms of Service

Note: This will now be your default payment option. The refunds for PayPal transactions must be requested within 45 days of purchase.

Make an offer using PayPal

Love the item but think the price is a bit too much? Use Make an Offer to make an offer to the seller. Make sure your PayPal is linked to your Mercari account, tap the blue “Make offer” button next to “Buy now” to set and send your offer.
